Improving the standard of living of nearly 1 billion farmers and laborers across the country, fulfilling their basic needs of food, clothing, and shelter, and strengthening food security, social systems, and the economy are urgent necessities of our time. For this, the creation of a profitable agriculture system is essential, and the Resultant Governance system evolved by Shri. Satish Phirke can certainly support this process and the efforts of the government. However, this task cannot be limited to a single individual. It is in the interest of all that capable citizens and entrepreneurs come together to support these efforts. I extend my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes for this innovative initiative.

In our country, approximately 50 percent of the population i.e around 700 million are women. Ensuring their safety, dignity, and self-reliance has always been a matter of concern. With this perspective, Mr. Satish Phirke, Founder of Global Knowledge Mission, Pune, has conceptualised an innovative plan under the New Doctrine of Resultant Governance to establish a “Rapid Action Task Force Federation” of 3 crore women, from grassroots to the national level.

To ensure that every woman in the country gets dignity, happiness and security in life it is a need of time for all women. I humbly appeal everyone to wholeheartedly support & participate in this mission so that it becomes a real success.

श्री. सतीश फिरके यांनी अविवाहित राहून व घरादारावर तुळशीपत्र ठेवून मागील ५० वर्षांच्या अखंड अभ्यास व अनुभवाच्या आधारे फायद्याची शेती, बेरोजगारी निर्मूलन व महिलांची सुरक्षा, सन्मान व स्वावलंबन या ३ स्तंभांवर प्रामुख्याने आधारीत न्यू डॉक्टरीन ऑफ रिझल्टंट गव्हर्नन्स ही अभिनव विकास प्रणाली तयार केली असून देश व जगभरातील मानवी जीवन सुख, शांती व बंधुभावाने परिपूर्ण होण्यासाठी या विषयावरील त्यांचा शोधप्रबंध जागतिक बँक, संयुक्त राष्ट्रसंघ व अमेरिकेच्या राष्ट्रपतींकडे पाठवला असून त्यांना चांगला प्रतिसाद मिळाल्याचे समजते. आपणा सर्वांच्या पाठबळाने निवडक १०० गावांमध्ये या विषयावरील पहिला पथदर्शक प्रकल्प उभारावा व यशस्वी करावा अशी त्यांची धडपड असून आपण सर्वांनी या उपक्रमात पूर्ण शक्तिनिशी सहभागी व्हावे असे मी नम्र आवाहन करतो.

Giving secondary importance to personal comforts, Mr. Satish Phirke has, over the last 50 years of continuous study and experience, developed the innovative “Doctrine of Resultant Governance,” primarily based on three fundamental pillars: profitable agriculture, eradication of unemployment, and women’s safety and self-reliance.

With the objective of creating a world filled with happiness, peace, and brotherhood, he has submitted his research document on this subject to the World Bank, the United Nations, and the Office of the President of the United States, where it has received a positive response.

While he is single-handedly striving to establish the first pilot project of this concept in 100 selected villages, I humbly appeal to everyone to participate in this initiative with full strength and commitment.

श्री. सतीश एल. फिरके हे एक निस्वार्थ सामाजिक कार्यकर्ते असून गेल्या ४५ वर्षांच्या अभ्यास, संशोधन व अनुभवातून त्यांनी सामाजिक व आर्थिक विकासासाठी एक नाविन्यपूर्ण कार्यपद्धती विकसित केली आहे.

त्यांच्या या संकल्पनेची दखल जागतिक बँक, नाबार्ड (NABARD) तसेच भारताचे माजी राष्ट्रपती स्व. डॉ. ए. पी. जे. अब्दुल कलाम यांनी घेतलेली आहे.

I wish to introduce to you a selfless and dedicated social activist, Mr. Satish L. Phirke. On the basis of 45 years of study, struggle, and research, he has evolved an innovative development mechanism for ensuring socio-economic transformation.

The World Bank, NABARD India, and also Hon’ble Late Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam have necessitated the urge of his policy-evolving project.

Despite visual impairment, he is fighting like a one-man army. He is now looking for the support of a team of like-minded and socially motivated activists.
