Brief Introduction of the Work done by Sociology Teacher Mr. Satish Phirke

1. Mr. Satish Phirke, a resident of Pune, is a Sociology teacher. For the past 50 years, he has dedicated his entire time and expertise to studying how agricultural productivity can be increased, how unemployment can be eradicated, and how women’s safety, dignity, and self-reliance can be ensured.

2. To achieve these goals, he has developed various structured methodologies, which are deeply rooted in Doctorate and Research-level studies.

3. The future of any nation depends primarily on the safety, health, educational quality, and holistic development of its citizens. Based on this understanding, he has created this work using innovative research and experience.

4. According to his research, India’s agricultural and rural development systems require fundamental reforms. For this, he has personally visited various districts and conducted field studies.

5. He has written a two-volume book consisting of 5000 pages titled “Way to Bright Future” on unemployment eradication. Its publication was done in Mumbai at the Ministry by the then Minister of Rural Development.

6. With this development model, Mr. Satish Phirke has appeared twice before Supreme Court lawyers as a capable representative among national research scholars to advocate for making agriculture profitable for Indian farmers.

This struggle is not his alone—it concerns the more than 100 crore farmers, laborers, and unemployed citizens of our nation. Hence, unified support from all is the need of the hour.

Collectively, we must use this work as a tool to bring social and economic transformation. Re-establishing and implementing this project through collective self-reliance will benefit both the nation and society.

समाजशास्त्राचे अध्यापक श्री. सतीश फिरके यांचा कामाचा थोडक्यात परिचय

1. पुणे निवासी श्री. सतीश फिरके हे समाजशास्त्राचे अध्यापक आहेत. गेल्या ५० वर्षांपासून त्यांनी आपला संपूर्ण वेळ व निपुणता शेती उत्पादन कसे वाढेल, बेरोजगारीचं निर्मूलन कसे होईल, व महिलांची सुरक्षा, सन्मान व स्वावलंबन कसे सुनिश्चित करता येईल या विषयाच्या अभ्यास व संशोधनाला वाहिली आहे.

2. त्यांनी या साध्य करण्यासाठी प्रबंधात्मक पद्धती शोधून काढल्या असून त्या डॉक्टरेट आणि रिसर्च च्या गाभ्यात रुजलेल्या आहेत.

3. देश व समाजांचं भविष्य पहिल्यांदा देशांतील नागरिकांची सुरक्षा व आरोग्य, शैक्षणिक गुणवत्ता व सर्वांगीण विकासावर अवलंबून असतं. या पार्श्वभूमीवर त्यांनी हा ग्रंथ अभिनव संशोधन व अनुभवाच्या आधारे तयार केला आहे.

4. त्यांच्या संशोधनानुसार भारतीय कृषी व ग्रामीण विकास प्रणालीमध्ये मूलभूत बदलांची नितांत गरज आहे. यासाठी त्यांनी विविध जिल्ह्यांमध्ये प्रत्यक्ष जाऊन अभ्यास केला आहे.

5. त्यांनी बेरोजगारी निर्मूलनावर ५००० पानांचे व २ खंडांचे "वे टू ब्राइट फ्युचर" हे पुस्तक लिहिले असून त्याचे प्रकाशन मंत्रालयात मुंबई येथे तत्कालीन ग्रामविकास मंत्री महोदयांच्या हस्ते झाले आहे.

6. या विकासप्रणालीच्या मदतीने भारतीय शेतकऱ्यांना शेती फायदेशीर करण्यात श्री. सतीश फिरके हे एकमेव सुप्रिम कोर्टात वकिलांच्या समक्ष देशाच्या सदस्याध्यापकांपैकी सक्षम व दोन्ही वेळा उपस्थित राहिले आहेत.

ही लढाई त्यांनी एकट्याची नाही तर आपण सारेच १०० कोटींपेक्षा अधिक शेतकरी, कष्टकरी व बेरोजगारांच्या आह्वानाची भविष्यकालीन आशा आहे. म्हणून आपण सर्वांनी एकमुखाने पूर्ण सहकार्य करणे ही काळाची गरज आहे.

आपण सर्वांनी मिळून सामाजिक, आर्थिक परिवर्तनाची सुधारणा करण्यात हा ग्रंथ उपयोगात आणला पाहिजे. तरी या संबंधातील सर्व कामे स्वराज्यस्वकृतीने पुन्हा उभारून हे प्रकल्प यशस्वी करण्याचे देश व समाज हिताचे ठरेल.
